Support Policies

Our support policy is straight forward: 1 year for each product, starting the day of purchase.

Support language

We provide only English Language support. So write in clear English so we can understand easily with proper Screenshot and link of the issue.

Support time

From Monday – Friday support time 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM GMT+6 also some special support for PRO version are available till mid day of EST time. Saturday and Sunday we provide Limited support.

Support response is usually within 1 business day or less.

Support access formats

We provide only forum and email support.  In special cases, we may provide support via Skype chat.

[Note: For some types of support you may need to provide WordPress admin and FTP access. We will keep your access 100% secure and safe after support done you can remove it.]

Support includes following

  • Issues for any broken functionality
  • Issue of products which not function as described in features list
  • For Internet Explorer we provide support above Internet Explorer 9 ( IE 9+).

Support does not cover

  • Server related issues if your server does not support minimum requirements to run WordPress stable version.
  • Issues related to conflicts  third party WordPress theme or WordPress plugins
  • If you don’t not provide proper access information.
  • Customization of 3rd party extensions/ plugins.
  • We don’t provide any support for Internet Explorer version below 9. So support start from IE 9+.

License agreement for support

Single site: For Single site we only provide only 1 domain support 1 year from purchase date.

Up to 5 sites: We will provide max 5 domain support 1 year from purchase date.

Unlimited sites: You will get unlimited domains site support for 1 year from purchase date.
