Refund Policy

We always try to provide best service and support to our customers who purchase Premium version of products from us. In any case the products not working properly first submit our forum post with proper description with screenshot will reply back to you as soon as possible and our expert team will fix your problem or mail support [at]

You will get refund in the following situations:

  • If the product(s) is not functional
  • If you don’t get any response or solution from forum post or mail within 3 business day hrs after you posted support request.
  • If you buy any product by mistake and have not yet downloaded (all downloaded logs are saved).

Refund not acceptable for the following situation:

  • After purchase the item, request a refund but do not provide a legitimate reason for a refund
  • If you buy any item and download the item after purchase (note: all download logs are saved).
  • You need to provide necessary access for support. If don’t provide necessary access for our tech to to attempt to resolve your issues, then your purchase will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If our tech support team does not provide you support and fix your issue and you can not use this item.

Note: Refund may take 1 to 2 weeks to appear in your account.
