Hi, I must say support is not helping me in this case.
I purchased a 5 licence pack for five sites, so I have installed in this 2 sites, both does not show the structured data when users do the search.
Support says, you have to fix your code, ok, may be is a problem with my first site, but, oh surprise, i check my second site with the plugin installed and… validation in Google is ok, evne so does not show the structured data when people search.
I have wrote to the support mail… response: check your code,
Incredible, bad support, no solutions or advice.
Very, very dissapointed
